3/ Apps
If you are using the application offered with the book, you will find a scratch code (activation code) on the third cover of the book. The installation procedure available in the first pages of your book will tell you how to install it for free on the AppStore or GooglePlay platforms.
First of all, you must make sure that the downloaded application corresponds to the edition of your book (the code provided in your 2021-2022 book will only work with the application of this edition, the same for previous editions).
I change my phone
Application included with the purchase of the book:
If you change your device, it is possible to reinstall your application. You just need to reuse your login and password by entering the activation code and the email address you gave when you created your account.
The application is only available on one phone and will be automatically deactivated on the original phone.
Application purchased on a store:
Portability will be handled by the AppStore or GooglePlay platforms
Once the application has been downloaded to the new phone, simply select "I have already purchased the application", your purchase will be restored automatically and will not be debited.
Please note: this principle only works if you remain in the same Apple or Google environment. If your new phone runs on a different operating system from your previous one, contact us. We will give you a new code directly.
I want to install the application on several devices
Your credentials are unique and can only work for one application on one device. They must not be shared with third parties.
Offline mode does not work
The application can be used offline. However, it is possible that an incompatibility of operator services in certain areas may make it difficult or impossible to use.
The immediate solution is to launch the application and keep it activated in the background before entering an area not covered or partially covered by a network.
My application no longer works since I updated my device
Updating your device should not compromise access to the application and its proper functioning.
In case of difficulties, we advise you to uninstall the application and install it again with your original login details.
Activation code issue
You have purchased a book with an activation code on the back cover. If you encounter problems with this scratch code (no code, invalid code or loss of the original code), we invite you to send a message to helpline@jle.com (subject "HELP") and to attach the elements that will enable us to help you as quickly as possible (proof of purchase, photos of the book, screen shots or any other element that you feel is relevant).
